As first registrar of the domain name in 2009 and using in commerce for business of "goods sold" in 2011. Lavenderollogy hereby publicly claims Trade Mark on the term Lavenderology™ in regards to and having to do with any Lavender Products being sold for commerce as well as the name of individual lavender product items.
